Payment, Deposits & Cancellations Policy
Deposits & Payment Requirements: - Tech Solutions & Setups (Flat-Rate): 35% non-refundable deposit required. - Consulting Services (IT & Operations): 100% prepayment; 50% refundable if canceled/rescheduled 48+ hours in advance. - Bundles & Starter Kits: 50% non-refundable deposit required. - Hourly Tech Support & Classes: No deposit required. Balance Due: - Remaining payments (if applicable) are due upon completion or delivery of service. Cancellations & Refunds: - Hourly Tech Support & Classes: Fully refundable with 24+ hours' notice. No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows. - Flat-Rate Services: Refunds available if canceled 48+ hours in advance, excluding the 35% deposit. No refunds within 48 hours or after service begins. - Consulting Services: 50% refund if canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Non-refundable otherwise. - Bundles & Starter Kits: Refunds minus the deposit if canceled 48+ hours before service. No refunds after delivery or service start.
