Refund Policy

ClawCtrl is committed to delivering quality service and support. Because services involve customized technical work, we have outlined the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.
Hourly & Flat-Rate Services

Refunds are not automatically issued once a service has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact ClawCtrl within 3 business days of completion to discuss the issue.

Refunds or partial credits may be granted at ClawCtrl’s discretion, based on the circumstances and service provided.
Project-Based Services

A 35% deposit is required to initiate project work (e.g., website setup, network installation).

Deposits are non-refundable unless the project is canceled by ClawCtrl.

If you choose to cancel a project after it has begun, a prorated refund may be offered based on time and resources already invested.
Consulting Services (IT & Operations)

Consulting sessions (virtual or on-site) are non-refundable once completed.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund or retain session credit.

No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable and the session is considered forfeited.

For consulting packages, unused sessions may be eligible for rescheduling or credit, but partial refunds will not be issued once the first session has taken place.
Monthly Support Plans (Cat Club Memberships)

Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed.

You may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing date.

If you have not used any services during your billing cycle, contact ClawCtrl to discuss applying your time as a credit to the following month.
Bundles & Starter Kits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate any project work.

Bundled services are discounted packages and not eligible for partial refunds once any included service has been started.

If no services have been delivered yet, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase, a full refund may be issued.
Tech Classes & Training

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled class may be refunded or rescheduled.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Deposits
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to confirm booking and begin preparations:

Tech Solutions & Setups (Flat-Rate Services): 35% deposit

Consulting Services (IT & Operations): 100% prepayment (50% refundable if canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance)

Bundles & Starter Kits: 50% deposit
Remaining balances (where applicable) are due upon service completion or delivery.
Refunds & Cancellations

Hourly Tech Support & Tech Classes: Fully refundable if canceled 24 hours or more in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

Flat-Rate Services (Tech Solutions & Setups): Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus the 35% deposit. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or once the service has begun.

Consulting Services: Payment is non-refundable unless canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours before the session, in which case 50% will be refunded.

Bundles & Starter Kits: Refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours in advance, minus the 50% deposit. No refunds after services have commenced or any part of the bundle has been delivered.

If you believe you were charged in error or would like to dispute a charge, please contact ClawCtrl at keanu@clawctrl.com within 7 days of the transaction.
